We advise clients which offer products or services in consumer focused sectors - Textile, Apparel, Retail, Food, Education, FMCG, Consumer Durables etc. We leverage our knowledge to advise Government bodies on developmental initiatives in our sectors of expertise.

HARMINDER SAHNI

Harminder has worked for over two decades as a management consultant in the "Consumer Goods, Retail and Textile" sector. He has advised some of the most reputed Indian and International companies in the sector on corporate strategy, business creation, diversification and performance enhancement.
Harminder has also been instrumental in developing India entry strategies and establishing India partnerships for many leading international brands. He has also worked closely with several private equity players on due diligence and M&As.
Harminder has worked on various assignments with Ministry of Textiles on various policy matters. He has also helped apparel industry bodies of Sri Lanka and Mauritius to develop their long term industry vision.
Harminder has also worked closely with several private equity players on due diligence and M&As. Some of the PE funds he has worked with include KKR, Carlyle, ChrysCapital, Oak ventures, Sequoia, Premji Invest and Everstone.
Harminder has been a guest faculty at NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology), IIT (Delhi), IIM (Bangalore, Lucknow and Ahmedabad), ISB (Hyderabad), MDI (Gurgaon) and Pearl School of Fashion. Harminder writes regularly in various publications, is quoted very frequently on sector specific issues and chairs various industry events.

PRASHANT AGARWAL

Prashant has an extensive experience of 25 years, in various corporate strategy, business creation, diversification and performance enhancement assignments for Indian and international clients.
Prashant has also worked in manufacturing, sourcing and marketing department with leading textile and apparel companies for initial 10 years. He has acted as a project lead in many assignments in textile / technical textile segment including Mega Cluster Programmes for Handloom and Handicraft, Assisting Ministry of Textiles/ AEPC in conducting investment promotion activities in 5 EU countries to promote FDI in Indian textile sector, undertaking evaluation of RTUFS and RRTUFS scheme of Ministry of Textiles etc.
He has been a speaker at various national and international textile & apparel conferences/ seminars e.g. CCI, CII, FICCI, IAF, etc. Prashant has been a guest faculty at IIT (Delhi), IIM (Ahmadabad) and was on the board of some of most successful textiles parks in India promoted by Indian textile ministry.

SANJAY SEHGAL

Sanjay is an management professional with over 24 years of experience with industry leaders & start ups in diverse industry segments" telecom, banking, logistics, mobile technology and health care. He has worked for organizations such as DHL, Standard Chartered Bank and Airtel across various national leadership roles. He has also been part of start ups heading Momark Services, a mobile based Saas, consumer engagement solution for retailers and till recently with Nutriwel Health leading an industry first Tele health advisory model. His experience with diverse industry segments has helped acquire a broad based experience in diverse products, best practices and processes in the areas of B2C, B2B, new product development/launch, channel restructuring, key account management, operations and administration. Sanjay currently works as Business Director with Wazir Advisors, leading the Skill Development vertical across all projects.

ABHINAV CHUGH

Abhinav has 10 years of experience across the areas of Skill Development including program design, financial & operational planning, liaisoning with Central & State Governments, Industry Linkages & partnership with NGO's. He has also experience across the areas of consulting including operations, strategy business plan development, techno-economic viability studies, etc.
Abhinav has proven experience in successfully delivering large Skill Development programmes including planning, implementation, project reporting, MIS, and budget management. He has also developed detailed and comprehensive implementation plans to operationalize and monitor the key interventions for successful project execution. He has successfully managed large multi-disciplinary teams and develop effective working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
Abhinav currently works as an Associate Director with Wazir Advisors, advising public and private sector clients on Strategy Formulation, Operations Management and Partnerships.

SUDEEPTI RASTOGI

Sudeepti is a zealous Soft Skills Training Professional with over 14 years of experience with brands like ICICI Bank, Aviva Life Insurance, Ceasefire Industries, Attero Recycling Pvt Ltd. She has work experience in the areas of Training and Development, Education, Insurance, Hospitality and Customer Service.
Her experience in varied industries helps her to provide Research Based Input along with connective communication. Sudeepti is committed to enhance not only the productivity but also the holistic development of her trainees in order to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Sudeepti is Certified NLP Practioner, Personality Development Trainer and a Certified Psychometric Test Professional. She has been a sought after counselor for past 10 years, in streams of: Career Counselling, Performance Counselling and coaching, Relationship Counselling, Employee Relations and Behavioral Counselling.
Sudeepti has counselled and trained more than 4500 diverse set of individuals like doctors, managers, contractors, junior to senior level officers, to communicate effectively and developed soft skills required for day to day personal and professional lives.
Sudeepti currently works as Training & Quality Head with Wazir Skills, leading the trainers across Wazir Skill Development Center

RAJEEV LOCHAN

Rajeev has experienced development Professional with a demonstrated 15 years of working in the non-profit organization management industry. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Relationship Management, Sustainability, Stake holder Engagement and Livelihood. Strong program and project management professional with a PGDBEM focused in NGO Management from EDII.
Rajiv has acted as a Project Manager , assisting State Governments to implement Vocational to Secondary & Higher Secondary Education . Rajiv has also been instrumental to put PSEA act in practice as Micro finance officer in Jharkhand Tribal Development Society ,IFAD assisted program in Jharkhand
Rajeev currently working as a State Head ,Jharkhand , Skill Vertical .Managing two programs DDUGKY & DDUKK at Ranchi ( Jharkhand)

BK SIKANDER BABU

Sikander has 14 years of experience across the areas of Skill Development and Apparel Manufacturing industry including program design, financial & operational planning, Industry Linkages & partnership with NGO's. He has also experience across the areas of consulting including operations, Re-engineering, System Set up, Training Middle management and operators, strategy business plan development, etc.
Sikander has proven experience in successfully delivering large Skill Development programmes including planning, implementation, project reporting, MIS, and budget management. He has also developed detailed and comprehensive implementation plans to operationalize and monitor the key interventions for successful project execution. He has successfully managed large multi-disciplinary teams and develop effective working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
Sikander currently works as an Senior Manager with Wazir Advisors, advising public and private sector clients on Strategy Formulation, Operations Management and Partnerships and also head South India operations for Wazir

She is a dedicated, innovative & detail oriented Professional holding an extensive exposure across Skill Development, Financial Inclusion and Literacy, Rural Development, Micro Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Networking, Client Relationship Management, Team Management, Development of strategies & promotional campaigns for Rural Development.
Apart from these, she has expertise in process creation, enhancing existing processes, quality and compliance management, statistical analysis and projections based out of financial ratios/ parameters and economic indicators.

Laxmee Kaur is an HR Professional with nearly 5 years of experience. She has worked with Bain & Company as a HR Generalist. She has done her  graduation in B. Com(H) from the University of Delhi and Masters in International Business from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.   She currently works as a Human Resources Manager with Wazir Advisors, leading the HR functions and activities.
